Team Check-in Hours:

FREE Coaches Social at team check in. Light appetizers, beer, wine and soft drinks will be provided for coaches and team managers.

EVERY Team will need to check-in at the Rogue Regency Inn & Suites hotel on Friday evening. Teams may NOT check-in at the soccer fields prior to their games.

Official Game Roster
Eight TYPED copies of the official tournament roster form. No other roster forms will be accepted - NO exceptions. All roster data (names and birthdays) must be on our form and it must be typed. Once typed, you can make copies. The U10 can roster up to 14 players and U11 and 12 teams can roster up to 18 players. The U13-U19 teams can roster up to 22 players. However, no more than 18 players (14 at U10) can be listed on the match roster to play in a particular game so you must cross off any players above the 18 that might be listed on the approved stamped roster prior to the start of the match.

Player Cards
Individual player cards for every player on your roster. Cards MUST be laminated and have pictures. The birthdays on the player cards must match the birthdays on the roster form. We can accept player cards from any of the national governing bodies as long as they are not expired. ALL players on a team must have player cards from the same issuing organization - US Youth Soccer or US Club Soccer or AYSO. Get with your club registrar to get this taken care of prior to arriving at the tournament. Players without proper credentials will not be elligible to compete in the tournament...no exceptions.
